Good time. And , |

The only thing that worries me somewhat about Camera Obscura is that they are fixed on that certain sound, I would like to see them be a little more dynamic on the next album, try some new things, but either way I will still listen. + |

It sounded like Lloyd I'm Ready To Be Heartbroken but poppier if thats possible. I also heard another new song called Sweetest Thing the last time they played in Glasgow and it was good as well. |

I can't wait for their next album, I haven't heard any of the new songs so I am reallly anticipating which direction they will take the album in. Did it sound a lot like their previous stuff or was it any kind of a departure? + |

Hi went to see Camera Obscura on Sunday in Glasgow and then My Bloody Valentine last night. My ears are still ringing from MBV I think it may have been the loudest gig I've ever been to, earplugs were being handed out free of charge. Camera Obscura were great as usual played one new song called French Navy which was really poppy boding well for the new album |

I have heard of Tapas but am not really familiar with specifics. I know that style of food is catching on here in the states though, as it is mentioned quite often on the food network. + |

Sorry, don't know enough about colle/post-college budgets to be able to help, as I don't live in the US. In Spain, you can find really decent red wines for as little as 4-5 € (roughly $ 6-7) and where I live, a pint of Guiness is something like $ 2,50. I rather like beer too, but not too many and they should preferrably be the first few drinks I have before moving on to wine or something else. If not, I end up feeling much too full and beer-saturated. My beer preferences are pilsener (mainly Czech and German) and ale, not quite as filling as stout. How many of you have heard of/tried Spanish Tapas (typical Spanish finger food/appetisers) and dishes like Paella? The Love Cat |

Don't worry, I am on a college budget so I can only splurge on wine about once per year but I try to make friends that buy the good stuff. Luckily my local wine shop can suggest a lot of good wines for $10 and under, but I must admit I am a beer man at heart. I love Guinness and New Castle but cannot often afford them so I stick to the low budget yet suprisingly good Yeungling for casual drinking (it's an East coast only brand from PA). + |
