TOMATOSAUCE

Boil 5 tomatoes for 2 minutes, peel the skin off. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Heat up a 100 gram real butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and about 2 crushed piri piris. Fry for a couple of minutes. Chop the tomatoes and add them. Let it cook gently for about 10 minutes. Grate 100 gram Parmigiano Reggiano and add, stir. Add 1-2 teaspoons of salt + 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Att last add 2 handfulls of fresh chopped Basil. Mix togheter With your favourite sort of pasta. Enjoy!
