LINGUINE WITH SHRIMPS
I think it has been way too long since I posted a nice recipe for you to try out. This is dish is one of my favorites cause it is fairly easy but feels very delicate and is so tasty. The recipe is for 2 people. Here is what you need: Linguine pasta, 20 medium sized shrimps, 2 handfulls of chopped parsley, 1-2 crushed piri piris (small dried chilis), 1-2 minced cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cups of dry white wine, 1 teaspoon of salt. This is how you do it: Boil water for the pasta, meanwhile peel the shrimps. Fry the garlic and the chili for a couple of minutes in a sausepan. Lower the heat. Pour the wine and add the parsley and salt. When pasta is almost al dente add it too. Stir for a while and finally add the shrimps and squeeze some lemon on top. I recommend a fine super dry italian white wine to go with it. Enjoy!
