DEN HAAG

DEN HAAG

I attended the multi cultural festival Crossing Border in Den Haag this weekend. My impression of the festival were mixed. I felt I was a part of a student campus, this feeling was not welcome, I hate the student sprit. It is something very unhealthy about it, it reminds me of the way sects works. So me and my dear fellow musicians turned the music up loud and had our own little gathering after the show. I even gave the audience a row at one point. I had to, sorry if I seemed brutal, it is just so hard to be taken serious. And when people standing in front of me chit chatting while I am really trying my hardest to perform my songs despite a shyness from hell, it just brakes my heart and makes me regret I ever accepted the invitation to do the show in question. Still I did the show for those of you who truly had honest intentions to come and see the show and nothing else. So thank you, who came to see me for real. You know who you are.
