APPLE HARVEST
Apple Pie:
4-5 apples,
2 decilitre rolled oats,
1/2 decilitre wheat flour,
2 table spoons sugar,
100 gram butter,
2 tea spoons cinnamon powder,
1 teaspoon cardamon.
Peel the apples and get rid of the core.
Slice the apples into wedges.
Place them in a buttered smeared baking tin.
Sprinkle one table spoon sugar, cinnamon and cardamon over.
Mix the oats and flour, room tempered butter and one table spoon sugar in a bowl.
Crumble it over the apples as a thick layer.
Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes in 225 celsius degrees.
Let it cool for about 15 min before serving it with vanilla ice cream or vanilla custard.
